By using the Vella app or website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account

To use the app you must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

2. Bookings

A booking takes effect once confirmed by the provider. Cancellation follows the provider’s policy shown at booking time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Payments

All payments go through secure payment gateways. Prices include applicable taxes. Chargebacks are not allowed after a booking is confirmed.

4. Providers

Providers commit to delivering professional services according to the published standards. Vella is not a direct party to the customer-provider relationship but will step in to help when needed.

5. Liability

Vella is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from app use or provider services, except as required by law.

6. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modification means you accept the new version.
